I spoke to Harry at ‘Support the Customer’ and he now understands more about his culture. Be careful, my second call was thwarted when the scammer set up a 3 way call with an American lady. I caught it when the ringer suddenly changed tone and it showed he actually picked up.

- I called back four different times, and finally got a scammer to falsely claim the charge was for an auto-renewal for “McAfee’s Norton Lifelock.”
