- The “Chief Investigating Officer, David Cooper,” received the “report” from the “PayPal Fraud Department” and falsely claiming there was additional purchases of $7,327.82 in Bitcoin to Colombia
, Nigeria 
and Nepal 
, and that there were seven additional bank accounts registered under your name. - My call was then transferred to “Officer, Noah Phillips,” who asked for my name, birthday and SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. I responded by playing him the bhenchod song.
