Falsely Claims:

  • Norton account accessed from California, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Berlin, Germany and Shanghai, China.
  • I was “shouting” when I was using my normal speaking voice.
  • I need to “hang up the call”

“Lewis” was too deaf to provide “suppoat.”
