Falsely Claims:
- Every computer comes with Norton
- I was “shouting” when I was using my normal speaking voice.
- It takes an hour for them to get a Zoho Assist session.
- Zoho Assist is a “cancellation server”
- I have “anger issues”
Remote Access Software: Zoho Assist (Session ID: 513-037-022, Email: [email protected]) and ConnectWise from helpe6.top
Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-invasive “Jason” asked me to fill out a “refund & cancellation form” and log into my nonexistent bank account.
- Since I don’t do online banking, I was asked to enroll for online banking. But since that’s also impossible, they falsely claimed my fake bank has online banking.
- The scammers then attempted to download ConnectWise from helpe6.top to no avail, as it was blocked by my ISP, then failed to attempt to remotely connect to my cell phone.
- The scammers then refused to “suppoat” after asking me to log into my nonexistent bank account once more.
