Noob Question

Hello, I receive up to dozens of spam calls from spoofed numbers. I am wondering if i can get some pointers or feedback on how I should get even with them.

For the last few years I make it a point to waste their time as much as possible when they call, but it seems that has only increased the volume of calls I get (I think they use my number for training or entertainment)

I would like to do something about this.

They mostly call on my landline (although it’s technically Cox voip). I forward that number to my cell.

I am not really looking to block them, I would like to destroy them.

Would signing up for a service such as ‘CallTrap’ allow me to get their real number?

If I got their real numbers would they be postable here?

Do you think they answer the real number? And if so, would these outbound numbers align with any of their inbound numbers?

I am up for dumping a certain amount of time into this. I have good technical/programming skills, but not much experience with this discipline (except about 15-20 years ago when I wrote a script to flood a email spammers email box with false leads) (or the one time I managed to get into a spammers call tree, identify the HR person, and leave VMs for each employee to see present themselves at ‘my’ office before performing any further work duties)

The best way to get a callback number is to ask for the website. There you will find it posted publicly.
