No Message, No Answer and about 6 calls a day

These 3 phone numbers have been blocked on my phone but still, come across my notification bar.

6987 is relentless and has tried to call about 6 times a day and has not noticed that I have blocked them yet.
Any help would be awesome. And no I did not pick any of these up when they called.

@warlock_1337#78591 Debt collectors with an autodialer. Having multiple phone numbers, these are possibly greaseballs who attempt to intimidate people and their family members into paying nonexistent debts. They may have more numbers with different areacodes, as it can coax more people in a region to pick up the call.

How can I get them to stop calling? Like I said I have already blocked them won’t they get the picture lol.
