I want to inform you that my colleague and I over-invoiced a contract sum to the tune of $25.5MUSD; the payment approval has been issued for immediate payment and transfer of the funds.
I crave your indulgency to stand as the beneficiary of the funds, the office of the Honorable Minister of Finance is waiting for us to present your company’s proforma invoice to enable them issue final payment approval and release of funds to the holding bank for immediate transfer of funds to your nominated bank account.
So, at moment I urgently need a blank scan copy of your company’s proforma invoice to enable us complete/fill it up and put up for claims to the office of the Honorable Minister of Finance for final payment approval.
Note; this process will take five working days; release/transfer of the same funds will be within 48 hours from the day payment documents are transmitted to the paying bank.
