I tried calling once more from the PBX, using my actual number instead of a random one, and “Anna” answered as “suppoat,” falsely claiming several login attempts were made on my account from New Mexico and Ohio. After she had a word with her “senior fraudulent department,” I was asked to “run some diagnostic security sets” before the call was dropped.
