Tell them it says a remote user is transferring illegal p0rn0graphic images and the IP address of "your computer" (a.k.a 59.23.143.51) has been logged by Microsoft. Tell them you were about to go on Gmail.
Notice: Does weird stuff, such as closing and opening multiple times. Also, the "IP" address listed there is fake and the same for everyone who visits. Also, going directly to the link will result in a 403 erorr.
