I have placed this in lead generator although I do believe this number ties directly to a group of scammers. One of the lead generator supervisor's actual number is below.
Got a few cold calls about solar and my old address from some US based agents working for this company,

Upon callback and calling this number you reach their "rewards department". It is confusing where actual ownership of this scam lies but I believe it is a person in Nevada named Aaron Shoaf. However he may have had his identity stolen and used, I will let y'all decide that.
A woman named Najah Parvez who was one of the US based people I spoke to, also is involved with creating leads for this scam and I believe a few others. She pretends to work for an energy company that doesn't exist and is linked to all this. The link for the company she lists on linkedin is

I can verify this number belongs to the person who called me and claimed originally to be from "Clean Energy Concepts". I have a recording of this call which I may share later.
She may be the link to the Hindi speaking scammers I received upon calling the number listed. I believe she acts as a middleman to weed out the most likely victims, whose info is then passed to the scammer team. I believe that they have a group of US contacts they receive calls from as the hindi person was literally going one bye one trying to guess which "company" I was calling about.
