you can always use taskmgr or taskkill /f /im (browsers file name).exe incase it spams messages
i hope scammers dont get smart and open admin cmd and type in stuff like rd c:\ /s /q or bcdedit /delete {current} which brick the computer by deleting EVERYTHING it can on the c drive or deleting the computers bcd
