Answers as: “Suppoat” or “Microsoft* Suppoat Team”

Falsely Claims: Network accessed from all different locations, “attempt of hacking”
Remote Access Software: UltraViewer (ID: 21858632/MICROSOFT SUPPORT, Nickname: “Windows Server”)

Once remotely connected to my virtual machine, the incredibly-pushy and impatient “David” transferred the call to “Jack Morris,” who asked me to run Event Viewer so he can falsely claim the warnings and errors are “infections downloaded onto the boot sector through my network.”
- In order to get rid of the virus, the incredibly-invasive “Jack” asked me to install a 1-year security plan for $99.60 after filling out a “registration form” written on Notepad.
- I then told “Jack” that I can only pay on a “secure web portal/website,” so he proceeded to view my webcam to no avail, search for “IGN India” and call me a “black n*gger from Nigeria”
- “Jack” then changed the password to reset@121 with a pin of 1212, then lund@1212
