As you may have read in replace/d/1523-i-was-banned we are having issues with moderators taking action without any record. Due to this we are implementing a new rule, if you are going to take action against a member you must strike them on the post you are banning , or warning them for. If members are suspended without a clear reason indicated in their strikes that is grounds for dismissal as staff.
