Very interesting ivr found when you call support/a helpline. they take remote of computer and sell fake software.
i check in BBB its register as Answers By Gateway in CA but voice look like Indians.

@1888TechLineOfficial#139889 I happen to own an Acer Chromebook that is registered with Acer, and can speak with a bit of authority on this . Acer’s support website which I accessed through my Acer username/password, recommends a third party for out of warranty repair. The company’s name is AnswersBy. Acer provides a link in its own website to AnswersBy. I clicked on the link, chose chat, and “talked” to a Praveen, and he confirmed that 877-526-4466 is also one of their phone numbers. In fact, if you called that number, it answers “Thank you for calling AnswersBy”.
Conclusion: ABOVE NUMBER IS LEGIT and NOT a scam number.
