Need help setting up a virtual phone number. I'm in australia

Hello.
I’m in Australia and im having trouble setting up a free virtual phone number to use with Whatsapp.

I’ve tried Textnow and it doesnt work. Google voice number isnt available in australia.

Any suggestions.?
I’ve just been using my actual number when calling scammers and then blocking their number…but that is stupid and i don’t want that to continue.

You can get a voip.ms account and set up a SIP phone but it is a bit more advanced you’ll need some technical know-how. The soft phone I use with Voip.ms is Linphone. It works well enough.
