Mystery Caller - PRIOR SSA?

Scammer’s Website or Email: (N/A)
Additional information about this scam: Harassing me with non-stop calls. Everytime it’s called - My app hasn’t rung, or typically according to the logs it’s at a time when I’m busy. When I’m free to call back, no answer and turns out it’s a GOOGLE VOICE NUMBER. No text message or voicemail left! Sent a message when I figured it’s a GV number saying “Hello?”. Waiting for a reply!

It’d might be a victim whose number they used to setup a Google Voice or it’s a stolen number or someone in the US whos working with them.

Or it’s spoofed and that person happens to be using a Google Voice.

(601) 808-9088 missed 3 calls yesterday

601 808 9088 when called (caller id says Confession Call) . Message the sham provides " the mailbox cannot accept anymore messages at this time.
Just went to confession week before last sunday.

In one of my calls, it went to Google Voice.

Now they have changed call back and now they pickup the receiver and I wait for hello but they just hang up.

Mailbox is full and can not accept any messages at this time.
