MAJOR UPDATE: The individuals behind these emails have just been found responsible for sending fraudulent phishing emails under the guise of Facebook, and appear to be directly associated with survey scammers that I previously reported this past July for impersonating Verizon.

User complaints for 4Ward Defense, LLC on Reddit and their Google and Yelp listings indicate patterns of fraudulent activity, such as:

Overcharging customers and providing inaccurate information, leading to the company being banned from local shooting ranges.
Shipping orders in unsealed boxes and shifting the blame towards the United States Postal Service.
Threatening to call the Federal Bureau of Investigation on customers who attempt to cancel an order.
Issuing invalid certificates for concealed carry permits.
Abusing the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to silence posts that criticize their company or business practices.
