My nonexistent McAfee subscription expired

I want to preface this by saying that i don’t use McAfee, never have, and never will. I put my email in a shady site and have been getting these emails ever since. I can’ block them because the emails are spoofed (coming from addresses like help{{@}}shop.josabank.com, maggianos{{@}}maggianos.com, etc)

I have not tested the links because i’m on my laptop without a VM. There’s a couple
