Extra Info: My technician is Roger. Traditional tech support scam. Netstat to show connections and use msconfig to stopped services. Apparently, he can’t answer why those services are still not running after the fix… Use Teamviewer for remote conenct, then during “fixing” my pc, they will install supremo for later visit.
