My C points drastically (big decrease) reduced while XP are fine. Any explanation?

The same thing happened to me (huge decrease).
Did the calculation also change to 2C = 1 minute?

@drwat#123537 About 120 accounts that had over 5000C in their balances were taken down below 5000C in preparation for BobRTC to switch over to our new NTF carrier.
We are going to be paying higher rates on the new carrier and deposits that our provider made with the carrier who split on us are tied up with them and it will take ages before any of that is resolved.
We have also wiped clean the call token balances of accounts that have not logged into BobRTC since mid-October and we have adjusted the pricing of call tokens. Given that the new call rates are higher than before, that means tokens will earn slower and the price of 1 minute of NTF time was changed from 1C to 2C, and overseas was changed from 3C per minute to 6C per minute.
BTW if you ever run into a situation where you're bankrupt of call tokens, don't hesitate to hit the admins up. I have 5000 tokens in my own account I'm more than happy to give away.

@drwat#123567 Originally we had promised that donors would NOT have their accounts capped, so we have made a new adjustment to exempt them from the cap. If you’re a donor and see that you’re not getting above 5000C let me know so I can make sure the account is flagged so it’s exempted
