Tru Management is a fraud being orchestrated by Jay Barker.

  • 1. He contacts you saying he can get you on his friends agency

  • 2. Agent contacts you called ‘Jamie Andrews’
  • 3. You pay upfront £80 fee and £20 a month there on after, AND take a 20% cut from any gigs which he happens to find you. Unless you know absolutely everything about the industry which I didnt, its easy to fall into this scam, it’s not how agency’s work.
  • 4. 12 month ‘contract’ (but it’s just a front to make it look legit)

    • We’ve uncovered that Tru Management is not registered, ‘Jamie Andrews’ the agent doesn’t exist, and is infact Jay operating under a fake name.

    Myself and a few other DJs have fallen victim to his scam, and after finding out he’s blocked us all on everything and we been told we ain’t getting our money back.

    I’d advise anyone fallen victim to his scam to report it to Action Fraud as soon as possible if you’ve already paid if you want any chance of getting your money back.

    A search into Facebook ‘Tru Management’ will give you all the information on how many people he’s actually tried to scam and failed.
