We write to officially let you know of this awarded fund, and to recommend that you contact our claims and processing office at once upon receipt of this notification for more information concerning the verification processing and eventual payment of the above prize to you.
How you entered: Any eligible individual who buys a qualifying branded product affiliated with The Consortium of Manufacturers, using a credit card, debit card, ATM card, coupons, or cheque as a method of payment, will automatically qualify for random selection in our monthly raffle. Participants will have a chance to win one of the following prizes:

The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of individuals that are randomly selected for entry in any given month.
Only one (1) entry per person per raffle. Only one (1) entry per household per raffle. Limit one prize per individual/household per 365 days. Designated entrant must be 18 years or older and a legal resident of the United States. The following individuals are not eligible for entry: current and recent employees, directors, and officers, plus their immediate family members or household members, the Consortium of Manufacturers the Multi State Lottery Association archives or any other Companies contracted by the Multi State Lottery Association. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, domestic partners, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons living at the same household whether related.
For each Raffle Period, a random drawing will be conducted from among all eligible qualifying entries received. The selected winner will be notified by mail at the address associated with the qualifying entry. If the Sponsor is unable to successfully notify the winner by mail, the Sponsor reserves the right to attempt contact using alternative contact information available to it. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Prizes are not transferable, redeemable, or exchangeable for any other prize.
Prizes must be claimed within two (2) calendar days after the winner is notified, unless a different time period is told at the time of notification. If a winner does not claim the prize within the required time, the prize will be lost and no substitute prize will be provided to that winner.
If a winner cannot be contacted by telephone, fails to respond, is found to be ineligible, is disqualified, declines the prize, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, the Multi-State Lottery Association may, at its sole discretion, either select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries or choose not to award the prize.
Up to three (3) alternate winners may be selected. If the third alternate winner fails to claim the prize within two (2) calendar days, cannot be contacted, is disqualified, declines, or cannot accept the prize, the Multi-State Lottery Association and Lottery Inc. may determine a further alternate winner by any method they deem appropriate or may elect not to award the prize. The Multi-State Lottery Association is not affiliated with or endorsed by any prize sponsors.
Delivery of prizes: Prize cheques will be delivered to the winner’s residence within three (3) to four (4) hours after all required tax fees have been paid to the assigned Chief Financial Officer (C.F.O.), unless otherwise specified. The Multi-State Lottery Association supports insurance coverage for prize cheques lost, stolen, misdirected, or damaged in transit. If such loss or damage occurs, the cheque amount will be reissued or refunded in full, subject to verification.
Payment of taxes and related expenses:
Each winner is solely responsible for any fees, taxes, or expenses not included with the prize. All prizes are genuine, and the Promotion is fully administered by the Multi-State Lottery Association by official rules and regulations. Winners will receive their prizes as described, with proper verification and insurance protection where applicable.
