I spoke with Alex and he had me download Ultrviewer but never actually connected to my computer. He then asked me if my name was Dan even though I told him my name was Matthew. He then said not to worry and he will fix each and everything and then call me back. I asked if he could stay on the line while he worked and he said no because he had other work to do. When I asked how he was going to connect with my computer he told me he can see the date and time people download UltraViewer and can connect to me that way and hung up. I then called the number again and the number changed for a different company that said I won a $100 Wal-Mart Gift card. I gave them a bunch of fake information and it somehow went through and he hung up and won’t answer my calls anymore. Oh well, I wasted about 1.5 hours of there time.
I’d say that went pretty well!
