On their website they have a list of “Our Happy Clients.”
They have several businesses under the banner.
They are all not hyperlinked.
I researched one.
Green Ducts.
I called the owner of that company.
She had been scammed 2 years ago by ABS. She was able to stop payment on the credit card and recover her Quicken Database they took over and had to change all of her credit cards etc. I just spoke with her for 14 minutes. Since her data breach she has been contacted hundreds of times if not thousands (her words). It is her business number and did not want to change it as it is a legacy business.
They installed a couple antivirus applications on her computer but her bank called her the next day noting suspicious activity on her account. It's a local bank so she had a relationship and they worked together to prevent her from falling victim to any financial loss.
She says that the logo on the website is similar to hers, but not hers. She says the name of the company is the same. So ABS, which was named in the indictment in Dehli last week, would seemingly be working with MSIT HUB
or at least sharing victim information.
It may not be her logo but the name of the company is the same and she was a victim of ABS two years ago. There are coincidences and RICO. My guess is RICO.
I will call every company on their happy client list and post here if they are willing to speak to me.
This was sent to World of Sweets.
MSIT HUB has them listed as a Happy Client.
C7 Adapters is in Poland, I sent a similar message through their website.
Cash My Visit looked Russian or something.
I left a message for Train, not heard back.
Still researching the others.
To Whom it May Concern,
My 13 year old son was the victim of Internet Fraud by a company called MS IT HUB, https://msithub.com whereas they sent a popup to his computer screen with a phone number to call and they wiped his computer completely stealing its contents in the process.
When he was speaking to them, they told him they were reputable and he could check out their website and their "Happy Clients". Your company, World of Sweets and a replication of your company logo (it is not identical to the logo I see online but they are definitely trying to make it look like you) is listed under "Our Happy Clients"
Are you in fact a Happy Client? I have spoken personally with one other "Happy Client" who was in fact not a happy client and had never done business with MSIT HUB. In fact she was a victim of a company called ABS, recently indicted as indicated here -- https://www.ndtv.com/delhi-news/24-arrested-for-targetting-microsoft-customers-from-fake-call-centres-1927655. They sent her a popup, much like they did to my son, with a number to call and subsequently stole information from her Quicken account while downloading "security software" on her computer. She was called hundreds if not thousands of times in the past couple years by others claiming there were problems with her system and they could fix it.
If you are a happy client I would appreciate confirmation that services were provided and that you were pleased with them. If you were never a client or were in fact a victim of any of the companies recently raided I would be most pleased if you would advise on that as well. I will providing this information to the FTC as well as the FBI Cyber Crime Task force and would really appreciate it if you would respond.
Even if it is as simple as "we never did business nor were a client of MSIT HUB". My 13 year old is a Boy Scout, a volunteer who gets straight A's and is a kind human being. I would imagine 99.9% of their victims are like my son, kind, giving people. You can help by simply acknowledging that MSIT HUB as I suspect, is using your good company name and logo deceptively and without consent.
I cannot find the Two Penguins Company or Aquatic. I searched through image databases hoping to find the logos but if anyone else can find any info on those and share it with me, I would be most appreciative.
Based on my conversation with the woman this morning who was scammed by ABS, my guess is these companies are selling and or trading their victim's lists to one another.
Horsepower is not actually a company. They just ripped off the logo of some artist and posted it there because it looks legit. I have emailed him as well.
I contacted Revue as well and am waiting for a response.
Obeyka is also just a ripoff of an artists work. http://www.fysjlogo.com/showcase/obeyka
I'll keep digging.
I also cut and pasted the logos they are using and sent it to each company/person I emailed it to.
I can’t paste it here, but it is still up on their website.
World of Sweets will send a cease and desist letter and call Kalpesh Patel PHONE: +1 718-682-4551
in a hurry. Let's see how long it takes for them to change their "happy client" list.
So at this point, we have my son, 13 years old victim. The woman whose business was attacked. At least three legitimate companies with copyright infringement and fraudulent representation of services rendered.
Kalpesh never answers the 718 number, it goes to voice mail.
But I bet he would love to hear from each and every single one of you.
:)
From the Horsepower artist.
Hello.
thank you for informing me, well yes, it seems like it was stolen.
Will text them to take my work down.
"Train logo was created for fun years ago , it not in use by clients and we never heard of the company you are talking about , On the attachments i can see many other logos done by other designers. So the company did steal them."
Notes that he recognizes other logos that artists created and MSIT HUB stole and used on their website as Happy Customers.
