I just got a call on my cell phone from “David” saying that a few years ago that I got an adjustable mortgage and offered various options for refinancing. I’ve never owned a home, so I googled the number. It looks like others have gotten this same message as well some of whom also do not have mortgages, so it’s reasonable to say that it’s pretty suspect. Here’s the number.
