I feel like this student loan is trying to waste my time. If you press 1 to get connected to a specialist, be prepared to listen to some kind of audio recording of 3mins of some man talking about student loan debt history in the USA. LMAO wtf

Yeah, I wonder if this is some kind of anti-Scambaiter tactic? Make you wait through a few minutes of nothing before talking to a human. Makes spamming their number not very effective.
Also, I did get a website from one woman, SLFA.us, not sure if it's legit though, the number on the website is different.
Dang it… I listened to those stupid recordings for 2-3 minutes overlapped. Then when the agents got connected to each other they hung up immediately…
