@ferty3123#93690 hello got some news called them at 12 20 am they didint answer I was disappointed but they called back at 3 25 about tech support and I said my phone they said to download teamviewer and it worked so I turned off my phone from being scared they said there from philliphen anyway I told them and they said ferty is there friend and tried to prank them and I said oh okay and they told me a website like phonesupport.com or something idk well that’s all I have anyway bye
It’s going to a very weird voicemail with what sounds like traffic noise in the background followed by fake hold music. Maybe they’ll call back?

It’s possible. If the “owner” is referring to the voicemail message left, that was a soundboard and it had no particular meaning except to be silly.
