Scammer forgot what airline he worked for. Answered as Delta and when I gave him a confirmation number he stated “Okay let me check with our United database”. Very stupid.
Not unusual for the bhenchodes we encounter. They usually claim one company is part of the other, when they are really two separate companies.
I talked to them last night. They use the domain eticketconfirmation.com to send confirmation emails and have a website.
From their email one of their other numbers is 800 913 6511
On their site https://www.eticketconfirmation.com/ they also have a working number, 866 833 3916.
They aren’t answering this morning yet but I expect they will start soon.
