Twilo number, calls are picked up by the enrollment center for Smart Care Direct, a fraudulent accident insurance provider located at 6211 Greenleigh Ave Ste 200, Middle River, MD 21220-2074
The company has a B- rating with the Better Business Bureau, who conducted an investigation this past March regarding unanswered complaints on high-pressure sales tactics, blatant violations of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and blatant refusal to cease and desist all contact. The company remains monitored to this very day, with the BBB encouraging victims to report the incident to themselves, as well as the Consumer Protection Division for the Maryland Attorney General.
