it said on the pop up:

THIS COMPUTER IS BLOCKED
DO NOT CLOSE THIS WINDOW AND RESTART YOUR COMPUTER
YOUR COMPUTERS REGISTRATION KEY IS BLOCKED
why we blocked your computer?
The windows regirstation key is illegal.
