@vapel0rd201208#150683 Verified at 1148 CT USA. The website has no phone number and the grammar is terrible. They just want to connect to your computer. I found this out by using their chat which is the only way you can talk to an “agent”.

Dealt with these guys before. “Rosaline” is the name they give in the live chat. I’ve been really unsuccessful, all the time they told me to go to the Real Microsoft support website and real phone numbers. The closest I got was them asking “is the problem happening on this computer or not?”
I’ll see if they’ve improved.
