They use an odd remote desk support software called ConnectWise. I’ve never heard of it, but they send you to a website ( pchelponline.us ) and have you type in a code (the codes are different for each “technician” but the code for one of them is 45079) if you type in the code it will connect you to the technician, but it really just downloads the remote desktop software. be warned though, that software can freeze up your virtual machine for good.
