Microsoft Tech Support/Refund Scam. Number been active for a very long time

I’ve dealt with that number so many times that they just straight up blocked my number. All I get is a message saying “The number you have dialed cannot be reached from your calling area.”
Rings 4 times for me on TN and drops.
Scammers usually take US/Canadian calls Mondays-Fridays.
