cloudfront.net is used to make scammer page templates, they redirect you to a page but change the address slightly, which changes the number. The websites last longer than the numbers, so it doesn’t make sense for them to keep replacing the website. you can find one of said templates here (the scammer forgot to change the number before redoing it)
