I also have been contacted several times this week from a caller claiming to owe us a refund. The first time I received this call it was about a month ago. It didn’t make sense, but I pushed the #1 to speak with someone. After speaking with this person, thick indian accent, he wanted access to my computer to be able to do something. At that moment, I knew it was a scam and told them so. He was mad.
Anyways, I’ve since gotten numerous calls from various numbers, all claiming to be Microsoft. Sometimes it says my subscription is about to expire, and I must call them immediately.
