They used to go by Select Kart LLC (see Microsoft Support Scammer - #3 by MircoSoft, Mac/Windows Support Scam 844-501-2112 - #3 by drwat)

If you look at the website there seems to be a name called V Shine Software Solutions and when doing research it seems that it might be them but I’m not 100% sure about this. I am going to need some help with this. This is what the scammer left me with this info.

103.117.12.59 was an SSA scammer from New Delhi. This guy’s subnet is same. Perhaps closeby.

Could you share the search term you used to find the ad with the popup? It’s also better if you make a separate post for a popup from an unrelated scammer group instead of posting it as a reply.

It wasn’t this exact one you have to search through YAHOO main page. I tried through Google and never came up - It is a paid ad for sure. Same type and when you clicked the link had a the MICROSOFT popup come up IMMEDIATELY. Had done this before same exact type clickbait. Ad I clicked was in US. The ad I clicked had 1 not 90 cents. Thanks.
