Additional information about this scam: Call was received at 09:05 Central claiming to be MS. I got nowhere with them as the male scammer hung up when my cat meowed near me. I called back and they answered as support.
Talking to them now
He blocked me after I called back, he immediately hung up and that was it. Imagine them spooked by a hungry cat meowing.
