I found this through a site called "Chestgold.com", it's a redirect that contains a bunch of malicious seeming advertisement networks.

They're closed right now but I called them a few mins ago a whole bunch, they've stayed up for a days.

That link redirects to the site of a known scam company called iYogi. Read this Wikipedia article: iYogi - Wikipedia. I’d recommend adding the direct link to the thread just because the pop-up gets annoying.
