Additional information about this scam: Called out of the blue claiming to be Microsoft Support, and they had worked on my computer before. I happened to remember the guy, in fact did a video on him. He insisted there was a problem with my computer. I told him there was not and hung up. Feel free to bombard him with calls. Tell him Ulysses says HI.
