He is quite easy to anger. 
I’m currently conferencing them together and adding a different Microsoft callcenter in there and they are cursing at each other.
The entertainment value is fantastic
After well over 100 calls, they called me to say that “we know who you are and we are going to chop you up into 100 pieces”
It’s sounds like a big and busy callcenter!
I’m sure they’d appreciate a few more calls.
They are now answering as “meta” support for Facebook & Instagram
