Additional information about this scam: Scam group is using fake invoices, the number was posted on validnumber. One name is Peter William, he said he is Mexican.

Message is “Your 365 subscription renewal payment of $399.00 has been successfully charged to your account.”

Looks like the Office 365 with OneDrive has auto renewed. He was working to cancel the subscription with Quick Assist or UltraViewer.

He got suspicious and said he will cancel on his end.
