I called, said i needed to speak to technical support because my computer does nothing but freeze. He then proceeded to ask me how much i paid for my last service, i told him 150$ he then said i had a refund of 199.99 for my account. He wanted me to download ultra viewer but then proceeded to say that his office was closing and he would call me back tomorrow. His name is Alan, i spoke to this scammer a few days ago but he claimed to be a social security agent.
