Additional information about this scam: I found a post on numberguru, the report described a Microsoft scam: “This is a scam number says it’s Microsoft Defender. I shut off my internet and checked, it’s not Microsoft.”

Wait, it seems like he cannot hear me even though I am speaking loudly enough. He keeps asking “Hello?” but I am not sure if he can hear me. He hung up.

I called again the (855) 444-0624 and “Kevin Cooper” answered as I had asked him his name. He pronounced his name Calvin Cooper but when I verified it he corrected me and said Kevin is his name and not Calvin. I asked him for what company he works. He said he works for Microsoft. I immediately mocked his inability to enunciate in English and he said he is going to put someone else on the call. Some other guy came onto the call and asked what assistance I need. I answered that I need him to remove the c!ck from his mouth to assist me in understanding him when he is trying to pronounce English words. He hung up.

I called (888) 971-9307 for the first time. A guy “Jeffrey” answered. I asked him for what company he works and he said Microsoft.
I asked him if he works in the same building as the colleagues of his who use the (855) 444-0624 number. He said yes. I asked him if he knows his colleague Kevin Cooper with whom I spoke on the (855) 444-0624 number. Jeffrey on the (888) 971-9307 call said yes and that he can go get him. I said, “No Jeffrey, that is not necessary. I just wanted to inform you that your criminal colleague Kevin Cooper admitted on a call with me not long ago today that you are criminals and that Kevin Cooper is not even trying to scam people.” [Kevin Cooper did not say it to me but I lie to criminals all of the time.} Jeffrey protested that they are not scammers and are trying to help people. I laughed and launched into a most uncouth tirade against Jeffrey. He hung up without cussing me back, and I am disappointed in Jeffrey.

A foreign woman “Monica” just answered my call and after my uncouth language she screamed at the top of her lungs at me! She hung up. I’m going to see if I can get her on the phone again.

I conferenced a criminal on a call to 855 444 0624 with another criminal on a call to 888-971-9307 into the same conference call. They were confused until they realized they were speaking to each other at which point they became irate.
