Damn !! i first time saw such a pop-up . Man such efforts put into the pop-up to make it look legit. 
And yeah , they are being careful too , to avoid any scambaiters. Maybe you just need to act like you are scared of the pop-up. The number goes unattended sometimes , and sometimes they do pickup.
