If you run a confirmed scammer toll-free call back number and it returns no information about the resporg, it is because resporgs can request that their numbers be non-public. (I just found this out today and I am supposed to be the expert.)
Now, I’m not saying this is suspicious in and of itself, but if you come across this and the number is confirmed call-back fraud, I would e-mail the number to [email protected].
