Additional information about this scam: Microsoft imposters
Location: Dhanbad city, eastern India
I called and he answered with the all common, generic " thank you for calling support"
I asked if they did support for windows and he told me no. “This is the global support team”
So I asked if they were global support for Microsoft, he told me no. 
Don’t be silly mate…they’re not Microsoft suppoat…they’re Windows suppoat of course
He told me that “We are not dumb like your people”
So I asked him who, exactly are 'my people "?
"Dumb, stupid white Mfers. That is why we shit on you and steal your money. F#ck all you people. We are going to destroy you… And he went in a big, angry, obscenity filled tirade after that about how his people cheer every time one of you white mfers die.
He’s a funny one.

It’s funny, you know what my voice sounds like, I have a New York City accent and the vast majority of scammers think, for some reason, that I am black. They usually go off on hate-filled racial rants calling me the N word. It was kinda nice to hear anti-white hatred for a change. It’s a balance, I guess.

A scammer last week, (who told me he was in Seattle, Washington), I asked where his accent was from. He told me he grew up in Canada! I asked him if he ever went to the Taj Mahockey rink and said “yes” 
844 331 3335 Not picking up my lines down there at micro-soft after my 20 or so harassing insulting call which most of scammers did pretty good sucking up my controlling call only thing they would ever tell me they want to fuck my mom , I would say to the pencil dicks my mom is pasted how do fuck my mom. I will often make up fictional landmarks when they say they’re in for instance San Francisco.
I tell them I grew up there and my favorite sight was the view from the Watergate Hotel Scandal Memorial Bridge across the harbor on a foggy morning with zero visibility.
They invariably agree that it’s their favorite also.
The “I want to F your mom” seems like the only insult they know. After 7 years of actively scambaiting, I would have thought they could come up with at least one more, but that’s their go-to. (The 1970s called, they want their insult back)
When they tell me they want to F by mom, I tell them that I will arrange for that to happen. “I will send my mom to India, but you need to go to the store and get me a $500 Target gift card to pay for the cost of the airfare.”

They cold call and tell you there are issues in your PC. They make a list of fake issues on a notepad and save it.
A few days later they call and say there is $399 pending bill. They connect to your PC and show thee old memo. Threaten with legal action for not paying.
