The guys name is PIYUSH KUMAR that shows up on my call display - 1-844-846-5245

@Koko#7377 I get the support keys from them, then call GoToAssist at 1-855-263-2838 (Press 3, then 1) and give them the keys and they get booted off from their remote control account as the master account gets suspended.
He has them RATTed, he can manually end the task and uninstall it.
