Got the standard fake popup from these guys shown below, I called just a few minutes before posting this and it’s working, went through the normal “scans” and such, when my credit card details failed and the call went sour, I asked him why he scams people and he says that he “loves to do that” then disconnected the call. You can try the link shown in the screenshot but I think it’s ISP and area specific so it may not work for you.
Make these guys stop loving what they do. Happy baiting!

I've found that if you just go to hxxp://microsoft0x8024f020us.ga will lead to this and many other fake Microsoft popups. Use this without your VPN if you use one to make sure you can get a popup. Be careful, some of these try to download files (Chrome seems to be able to block them, but still...), so be sure to run this in a VM and not your actual computer.

These guys truly are assholes. If you listen to that excerpt from our conversation, they are completely proud of what they're doing and they're bragging about ripping people off. I myself don't have a call flooder or anything along those lines, but if anyone has a call flooder, PLEASE hit them because they absolutely deserve it. I don't know if they're giving me accurate numbers, but they say their call center has about 300 if that helps the call flooding members seeing this...
