I just received an automated call from “Microsoft” saying my Microsoft key is expired. This is obviously a scam. The number they called from is 1-866-978-6070.
They asked to call them at 1-866-978-6165 per the automated message
Update: These clowns directed me to hxxp://support72.com and had me download Ultraviewer from their site, by clicking on the blue support icon. I uploaded it to VirusTotal and found that its a Remote Control tool, likely VNC.
The scam is they have you go to MSCONFIG and look at the processes/services that are stopped. They "claim" that is bad, when we all know its normal for a machine to have stopped services.
