James with Badge ID CPX1005 answered. I said I do not want to renew. I replied to his question, “Yes, I am at the computer.” He asked if I have Windows or Mac OS. Having read the email about “Windows Defender” and “Microsoft” I said that I am on a Mac, yet still he kept going.
He asked what browser I use. I said I use Safari. He asked, “You do not have Google Chrome?” I said, “No, I have Safari on my Mac.”
He asked if my Mac is an IPad or Computer. I replied, “It is a computer.”
He uses WWW.ANYDESK.COM
I cannot believe that he did not blink, that he kept trying to scam me, after I said I am on a Mac considering that their email is all about Microsoft and Windows. What a dumbass.
